CRIMINAL JUSTICE TECHNOLOGY
CORRECTIONS and LAW ENFORCEMENT OPTIONS

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This program is designed to prepare persons interested in pursuing a career in law enforcement at the city, county, state, or federal level; a correctional facility; or related field. This program does not substitute for required Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy or Arkansas Department of Correction Training Academy programs. However, portfolio credit may be awarded if a student verifies successful completion of training from the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy or the Arkansas Department of Correction Training Academy. Program emphasis is on providing core courses in criminal justice with specialization in either law enforcement, corrections, or a combination that fits the student's career needs..
