Non-Credit Registration Policy

All courses are available to companies on a contract basis.


Registration Rules
Students must be fully enrolled 48 hours in advance of the class to ensure a reserved space. Enrollment includes the completion of a one-page Registration Form and the payment of the enrollment fee. The WDC accepts payment from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

You are not officially enrolled until you have:

Classroom attendance is not ensured unless registration is complete.

The WDC accepts payment from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the WDC Office (located at 2505 West 18th Street in Room 502). Companies may be billed, with prior authorization. To obtain such authorization, simply mail or fax the WDC Office a memorandum listing the course to be taken, the employees to attend the course, and instructions on how to invoice your company.

You may obtain a copy of the Registration Form for non-credit continuing education courses by fax. Simply call (870) 543-5947.

You may obtain the Registration Form from this site.  This allows you to print out the form, complete it, and return it by fax or mail to the WDC.  However, to do so, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to do so.  You may obtain a free copy by clicking Adobe Acrobat Reader. Fill out the form and send it to the WDC by mail, fax or e-mail.

Company Billing
The WDC can invoice your company for training provided authorization has been received in advance. Contact the WDC at (870) 543-5947 to obtain the WDC Company Billing Agreement. Once you have obtained WDC Company Billing Agreement, simply complete it and return it to the WDC by mail or fax. The WDC Company Billing Agreement is a written authorization from your company stating the type of training to be provided, the total number of employees to attend training, the names of employees attend, and your agreement to the terms and conditions of the SEARK College WDC Non-Credit Registration Policy. Be sure to include any purchase order numbers, requisition numbers, billing address, etc. Registration Forms on each employee planning to attend the training must be completed and submitted along with the WDC Company Billing Agreement.  To obtain a copy of the WDC Company Billing Agreement, please click the link below.  You must have  Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the file.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not provided unless requested 24 hours or more in advance of the class start time. Anyone desiring to cancel their planned attendance, must contact the WDC 24 hours or more in advance of the class start time. Companies will be invoiced in full for any employees not attending the class unless prior arrangements are made with the WDC.
