The Microsoft Office User Specialist Program is a validation program that gives you the credentials you need to prove you know how to use Microsoft Office applications efficiently and productively.

Because even though you know you're good at using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications, it's important that you can prove it to other people.  Like your boss, for example.

After all, it never hurts to remind an employer, or potential employer, that you've got the technical skills and software knowhow that make you a more valuable, efficient, and productive employee.

The Levels

There are two levels of MOUS Certification: Proficient and Expert.  The levels available for the certification are summarized below:

Advanced users can prove their comprehensive ability to use all of the Microsoft Office core applications together by passing each of the Expert-level exams, along with a special Integration exam.
