Southeast Arkansas College submits data to the Arkansas Department of Higher Education (ADHE) four (4) times each year. This data consists of enrollment in eight (8) different semesters or terms. The basic semesters/terms are Fall, Spring, Summer I, and Summer II. However, each semester/term has an Off-Schedule enrollment which is students enrolled in courses that began after the reporting deadline to ADHE.
Total Students Enrolled is composed of students enrolling each semester. If 1 student is enrolled in both the Fall and Spring semesters, then they are counted as an enrollment (Headcount) of 2. However, the Total Unduplicated Students Enrolled factors out such duplication — it is the number of different students enrolled for the entire year. |
