Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology Instructor Position Requirements: Minimum of Associate of Applied Science degree. Organized professional with strong interpersonal skills and a positive student-centered attitude. Proficient in all phases of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanics including automobile air-conditioning systems. Applicant should have a working knowledge of electricity & electronics, basic welding and computer skills. Prefer 3-5 years of experience in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or related field. Previous teaching experiences a plus.
