Pine Bluff, AR – SEARK College was recently notified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) of the 100 percent pass rate for the 2017 Radiologic Technology graduates on the Examination for Radiographers.  The graduates, now Registered Radiographic Technologists, have each found full-time employment in the field of Radiology in the Southeast Arkansas region.

According to Jennifer Holcomb, Dean of the Nursing and Allied Health Department, “We are excited to celebrate with our students this achievement.  100 percent achievement on theirExamination for Radiographers test and 100 percent job placement, is an illustration of the hard work of the students and the hard work of their instructors and clinical supervisors.”

Dr. Stephen Hilterbran points out that “these graduates have taken jobs in their field and they are staying in the region.  This is wonderful for the graduates, Southeast Arkansas and it is great for their future patients that could very well be my neighbor or even myself.”

The Radiologic Technology program curriculum includes instruction in the art and science of using radiation to provide images of tissues, bones, and blood vessels of the human body.
