You may obtain a copy of the Application for Admission by clicking here.  However, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to do so.  Print out the form on your home/office printer.  You may then use it to enroll.  However, all other admission regulations are applicable.  To find out what is required, please click here -- How to Register.

You may obtain a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking here --  Adobe Acrobat Reader.   This will take you to the Adobe site where you can download the Acrobat Reader "free of charge." 

After you have obtained Adobe Acrobat Reader, click here -- Application for Admission. Once a new student has stubmitted the Application for Admission, they may obtain the Registration Form by clicking below -- to actually enroll in courses.

NOTE: International students must also complete and submit this form -- International Student Application -- to the Director of Admissions. (Adobe Acrobat Reader required.)
