WebAdvisor is a portal to SEARK College's data system. Students, faculty, and staff can look up information about themselves and even make some transactions.
User Accounts
To use WebAdvisor, you must have a WebAdvisor account. Accounts are provided for any currently registered student, faculty (including adjunct), and all staff of the college. User accounts are created manually, not automatically. So if you do not have an account, please contact the Information Systems staff.
Default Password: The password or PIN
of all users is their 6-digit birthday. For example, if
Joe Smith was born on July 1, 1960, then his PIN would
be 070160.
Login to WebAdvisor
When you get to WebAdvisor, you must first login by clicking on the LOGIN link. You will not be able to look up any information without first logging in. To get to WebAdvisor, please click on the Go To WebAdvisor icon below.
Students
Students are provided many services via WebAdvisor, such as viewing your course schedule, looking at unofficial transcripts, registering, and making payments.
Online Registration via WebAdvisor
Online Registration via WebAdvisor is now available.
WebAdvisor is now open to students.
Only self-pay students (100% via credit card) and financial aid recipients (approved and awarded) are allowed to register online via WebAdvisor at this time.
Third Party Sponsored Students should contact the Cashier's office in Business Services prior to registering online.
Students accepted into any Nursing and Allied Health programs do NOT register via WebAdvisor.
