Withdrawing from a Concurrent Credit Class
The Official Withdrawal Form is available in the Registrar's Office, located in the Student Services Building, Room 145. The form is downloadable from the link below. The form must be completed and returned to the Registrar's Office by the published deadline to constitute a valid withdrawal. The deadline is typically two weeks prior to the end of on campus class that semester.
The following signatures must be obtained prior to withdrawal:
1. Instructor (High School Teacher)
The student is responsible for delivering the completed form to the Registrar’s Office on campus by the published deadline.
