Southeast Arkansas College is committed to continuous growth and improvement. We welcome comments and concerns from students, employees, community members, and other stakeholders. How to Submit a Comment or Concern

  1. Submit your comment or concern by completing the Comments or Concerns Form online form or by emailing comments@seark.edu with a detailed description of the issue.  You will receive a response within 2 business days.
  2. Submissions are routed to the Resolution Committee, a group of faculty and staff representing key areas of the College (including academics, student services, fiscal affairs, and more).
  3. Within 10 business days, the Resolution Committee will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.  Should the resolution take longer than 10 days, the complainant will be notified.
  4. Once a resolution has been identified, the committee member responsible for the matter will provide a written response outlining the steps taken to address the concern to the individual who submitted the concern within 5 business days.
  5. A log of resolutions will be kept on file for tracking and assessment purposes in the Dean of Students and Enrollment Services office.

Please note: Not all comments or concerns will require a full meeting of the Resolution Committee. If a straightforward solution can be identified, the appropriate committee member responsible for that area will address the matter directly and provide a response to the individual who submitted the concern.

Any student who remains unsatisfied following the above Concerns Process may file a formal complaint with the Arkansas Department of Higher Education (ADHE) using the Student Grievance Form.
