Description:
The AAS in Hospitality Management is a 60 credit-hour program which will prepare students for entry-level positions in hospitality management as well as enhancing the skills of individuals employed in lodging, gaming, entertainment venues, and restaurants. The program provides specialized knowledge in various management techniques and skills as they are practiced in the hospitality industry. It will contain as stop-out credentials, a TC in Hospitality Management and three CPs in Lodging, Restaurant Operations and Beverages & Bar Operations.
