Meet Our Tutors

Sam Garner
Professional Math Tutor

Sam graduated from UALR in 2016 with his bachelor’s degree in construction management, and he has been tutoring mathematics at SEARK since 2012. He has experiences in helping students in different levels of math - from basic math up to college algebra and trigonometry. He embraces the heathier lifestyle, which includes mountain climbing, running, bike riding, and being a 100% raw vegan. One of his favorite quotes about veganism is “Be Vegan, Be Happy.”

 

Delois McGhee

Delois graduated from AM&N College (University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff) in 1972 with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and physical science .  She later attended Liberty University in Missouri to work on her Master’s.  Ms. McGhee has been on the staff at SEARK for over 20 years teaching and tutoring math on different all levels.  Ms. McGhee loves music and is currently the musician at my church for more than 50 years. Her motto is: “Live life to the fullest, have faith, and trust God!”
